Tenicia Washington is the founder and visionary behind The EnCrowd: a personal and financial empowerment community for individuals ready to level up in life. A dynamic leader, strategist, and storyteller; Tenicia launched The EnCrowd in 2025 to help people break through limitations, build confidence, and step fully into their purpose.
Her story didn’t begin in boardrooms or on big stages. It began in Baltimore City, where she faced real adversity navigating life with limited resources but limitless determination. From an early age, Tenicia learned to be resilient, self-reliant, and deeply rooted in ambition. She turned her pain into purpose, using every obstacle as fuel to create something greater than herself.
In 2014, she opened The Millennium Assisted Living Facility, transforming her home into a sanctuary of care. She later expanded her mission through Millennium Residential, Inc., a developmental disability agency providing support to those of vulnerable populations. These ventures were never about titles or accolades, but they were about service. Built from the ground up with no investors or shortcuts, just grit, purpose, and a calling for change.
From that foundation, The EnCrowd was born: a movement for anyone feeling called to step into their purpose. Whether you're navigating a career shift, rebuilding your confidence, reclaiming your voice, or having the desire to elevate your hustle, The EnCrowd offers a safe space to grow. Through its society, live events, and coaching programs, Tenicia equips people with mindset tools, strategic clarity, and values-based support.
